REGISTRATION FOR CARAVAN RENTAL ADVERTISING...

GENERAL ADVERTISING TERMS: APRIL 2012

1a. STRICTLY ONE CARAVAN PER ADVERT PER PRIVATE OWNER PER ANNUAL FEE.
Presently, we do not offer multiple advert accounts, caravan agent subscriptions or company accounts.

1b. Advertising fees are CHARGED INCREMENTALLY (TYPICALLY EVERY 12 MONTHS) via a PayPal Subscription payment. Your first payment indicates the amount, discounts (if applicable), the term and subscription frequency. Your first payment indicates you understand this it is shown in the PayPal email confirmation.

1c. Paid-up Advertisers, should give TWO WEEKS NOTICE if they wish to CANCEL THEIR SUBSCRIPTION. No refunds, partial or in full will be given for any outstanding advertising period on the current paid-up subscription period. LATE NOTICE by the member/advertiser to stop an account may result in loss of any paid fees.

1d. Overdue or missed payments will result in the cessation of the advertisers account and advert. We may re-instate the account / advert if and when funds/fees have been honoured.

2. Attempting to 'RIG THE SYSTEM' to gain free trials using different email addresses or names for the same caravan or more than one caravan is NOT ALLOWED
Strictly ONE FREE TRIAL TO ONE CARAVAN OWNER / or their agent. Abusers will have their caravan advert cancelled without notice, without a refund or given reason.

3. Special or introductory advertising offers are to NEW CUSTOMERS ONLY. Do not re-apply if you are a present or previous member / advertiser as it may result in the cessation of all your accounts / adverts without notice, reason or refunds.

4. All caravans advertised on this website MUST BE BASED IN THE SKEGNESS, INGOLDMELLS, CHAPEL ST. LEONARDS, MABLETHORPE OR CLEETHORPES areas of Lincolnshire UK.

5. It is the caravan owner's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of their advert, descriptions, prices and offers. We are NOT responsible or liable for any mis-descriptions written or published by the caravan owner or their author of the advert. We are not responsible or liable for any typing errors or mis-leading information given (written or verbally) in any adverts or dealings between the caravan owner and buyer of their services.

6. All rental enquiries and bookings from prospective holiday makers will be dealt with directly by the caravan owner. We do not negotiate rentals, hire or other services between van owner, advertiser or prospective customers / renters.

7. We reserve the right to disable, cancel or curtail any paid or trial advert if we feel it is not suitable for this site for any reason.

8. We DO NOT organise any bookings, payments or disputes between the caravan owner and the holiday maker or caravan hirer. All caravan descriptions, details, features, images and prices that have been entered by the caravan owner must be truthful and accurate and not written to mislead the hirer. Any complaints or abuse may result in the advert being turned off without notice, reason or refunds.

9. ADVERTISING RULE BREAKERS: If we think any advertiser on this site is breaking the spirit of this site's ethic FOR ANY REASON it will result in their account being suspended until the discrepancy is rectified. We may also without notice remove, cancel or disable adverts in severe cases without a refund. We reserve the right to change or add to these terms at our discretion. By using this site you agree to abide by our terms.

10. We reserve the right to amend these terms, offers, conditions and policies without prior notification. By using this site and by signing up for a member subscription you agree with the terms written here.
